    Hi,

    One of the CAS server i get error below after run the commad "Test-OutlookConnectivity -Protocol tcp"

          RFRI::GetReferral.                  Failure   -1.00

    ErrorRecord: Task failed on timeout. Overtime = 00:07:49.4185783.

    The casarray is defined on Hardware load balancer, versiyon is Exchange 2010 SP2 RU 4 v.2

    how can i fix this problem?

    I couldn't run it, here is the error,

    Parameter set cannot be resolved using the specified named parameters.

        + FullyQualifiedErrorId : AmbiguousParameterSet,Test-OutlookConnectivity

    i write host name of the cas server and also try the FQDN after the command -RpcClientAccessServer: but it did not work? am i write wrong thing or ..

    But,

    "Test-OutlookConnectivity -RpcTestType:Server"

    command is work and result is for all below is success...

     Scenario                            Result  Latency

     NSPI::GetProfileDetails.            Success   31.20
     Mailbox::Connect.                   Success    0.00
     Mailbox::Logon.                     Success    0.00

    The difference between this and the first one is,

    when run the command , "Test-OutlookConnectivity -Protocol tcp", this try to get result for ServiceEndPoint  for Casarray (FQDN), and this one is failed

    But for the second command ("Test-OutlookConnectivity -RpcTestType:Server") try to get result for ServiceEndPoint for local casserver (one of the three cas server ), this one is success...

    What happens if you run this?

    Test-OutlookConnectivity -RpcTestType:Server -Protocol:TCP

    Can you run this on all of the CAS server successfully?

    Test-OutlookConnectivity -RpcTestType:Server

    Do you want to test both Outlook Anywhere and Outlook connectivity?

    when i run the command, Test-OutlookConnectivity -RpcTestType:Server -Protocol:TCP on all of the CAS server, it gives the error below, i don't understand why.


    [PS] C:\Windows\system32>Test-OutlookConnectivity -RpcTestType:Server -Protocol:TCP

    and,

    if i run the command, Test-OutlookConnectivity -RpcTestType:Server, on all of cas server, the result for all "success",


    but when i run the command, 

    Test-OutlookConnectivity -protocol TCP

    just one of the cas server (cas01) gives error , other's (for cas02 and cas03) result is success, so i try to understand, what is the problem of this cas server?

    For this cas server (cas01)  the result for the command "Test-outlookconnectivity -protocol tcp" is,

    Test-OutlookConnectivity -protocol TCP -verbose
    Run this on the CAS server in question, this will give a detailed info.
    Test-OutlookConnectivity -RpcTestType:Array -Protocol:TCP

    This command will use the Client Access server array as the RPC endpoint to test the Outlook (MAPI) connectivity.

    If this is successful, then your CAS Array is working as expected.

    Are all the CAS servers at same patch level?

    Okay, can you run this on any CAS server where it's working and upload the result?

    Test-OutlookConnectivity -protocol TCP -verbose

    Now we will compare both the results, it may give some clue.

    Do you see anything on Event Logs?

    What kind of certificate is used in the CAS server? A Self-signed certificate or a third party certificate?

    Do you get any error if you run this on "CAS01.cam.intra"?

    We use *wildcard certificate (third party) for IIS and SMTP...

    And after run this command, the result is the same with previous one, failured...
