Missing folders

I have a user who was moved to a new computer. We have an exchange server. When he opened outlook (2010) for the first time on his new computer all his folders were missing, however the emails were still there under the "catagorized" folder. He had the emails neatly organized in folders, now the folders are gone and all the mail is lumped in to one folder. Any ideas how to retrieve the folders?
I found a similar question and answer and downloaded MFCMapi but could not find the folders.

Hi,
Close outlook.
Go to Start > Run and type Outlook /resetfolders.
This will reset all missing folders to its default location.

I hope this should fix your issue.

Hi SuQ,
Any updates?
You can also try to run the New-MailboxRepairRequest if you are running Exchange 2010:
