Answered Email not loading

    I have just installed Outlook 2010.  I usually receive lots of advertising email as well as what I need to receive.  I have not received anything for 3 days and this is not usual.  I do not know where to go to locate the problem.

    With my limited technical knowledge it all looks fine in OPTIONS.

    In account settings it says it is putting the emails in           data file C:\Users\Carmel\...\Outlook Files\My Outlook Data File(1).pst

    I am concerned about the pst part of this.  Do I need to be? Is this the problem?

    You 1st need to determine if the issue is with the server hosting your mailbox.  Without knowing all the details I suggest you contact the exch admin/provider and ask them to check to see if the message was actually delivered/accepted before looking into the client side.

    It could have been quarantined, queued, lost etc...
