add an image to the document set welcome page depending upon selected document

Hi hope you can help.
I have a document set on a document library. I click on a document set which takes me to the document set welcome page which is OK.
However I need to display an image that is dependant upon the value within one the fields i.e. in this case the RAG field. if its Green show a green traffic light, red a red traffic light etc etc (See Image below)
Can anyone show me how this may be done?

There are a few ways you could do this. I'd lean toward some script, since you want to display the image to the right of the Document Set properties.
The script, which you can add to the page in the Document Set settings, would simply check the value of the column and then display the appropriate image.
