Hi there,
I have a site template in Solution Gallery which can't be deactivated. Since it can't be deactivated so I can't remove it. I tried everything I can in IE and SP Designer. I even tried to deactivate the feature in site collection. Still not working. The error goes like this:
Unable to access web scoped feature (Id: 7a90f772-69ce-4903-b003-83e9cc0e4554) because it references a non-existent or broken web (Id: 2d8f808e-fa19-460e-865f-b3b1cb519ecb) on site 'http://mysservername/sites/PROJECT'. Exception: System.ArgumentException: Value does not fall within the expected range.

at Microsoft.SharePoint.SPFeatureEnumeratorBase.GetCachedWeb(SPSite site, Guid webId, Guid featureId)Looks like some link from web is broken and it is there as an orphan. Any idea how to get rid of it? Thanks in advance.

Thanks Trevor, but it can't be run in Windows 2008 server. Looks it's the tool to solve my problem.
