    All of a sudden when I reply to a message in my inbox, a new window opens. Used to be that my reply would display in the screen below the inbox. I can't figure out how to restore... any suggestions?

    Hi,

    Which version of Outlook do you use? Is it Outlook 2010?

    And what did you mean that "Used to be that my reply would display in the screen below the inbox"?

    Could you give us some screenshot to make us understand better?

    After I click Reply button to a message in inbox folder, there will show the reply window for the users to reply the message.
