SCVMM2008R2 create win7-64bit template failed with 13206

Monday, March 05, 2012 1:42 AMI have create a new blank vm with win7-64bit ,and then i want to creating a VM template from the vm,but Everytime i attempt to createthe get:
Error (13206)
Virtual Machine Manager cannot locate the boot or system volume on virtual machine . The resulting virtual machine might not start or operate properly.
how can i resovle it?thanks
