    it's installed but don't appears in the dashboard of sound.

    I don't know what to do anymore...

    ps: Sorry for my bad English

    Have you installed "Desktop Experience" feature? if not install it from features and check for the difference.

    Hello Ravikumar, thanks for reply.

    Yeah i've already installed. but i'm the same, 

    haven't any other feature that i must install , or just Desktop Experience would be enough?

    What's the make of the server? If custom build what's the motherboard model?

    Thanks for the answer but i ' found why, i was connected on server from remote connection, and don't appears any device in "Playback" in Sound configuration.

    I put a monitor on the out video of the server and played very well the musics.
