    Will it be possible to upgrade from Beta 3 to RTM? If not, will it be possible to upgrade from RC to RTM? Planning long term, will Windows 2008 R2 RC be better platform to base TMG on than Windows 2008?

    The planned upgrade path is

    Beta 2--> Beta 3 --> RC --> RTM. All upgrades are export/import config only.
    Beta 3 can run on Win 2008 R2 RC . But is suggested only for testing environment.


    TMG will work fine with both Win 2008 and Win 2008 R2. But some features like support for DA is avilable only in R2.
    If you need to use Exch edge , then R2 will need  E14 Exchange edge. If you want to use Exch 2007 as edge then you will need only win 2008
