All upgrades are export/import config only. <br/>Beta 3 can run on Win 2008 R2 RC . But is suggested only for testing environment. <br/><br/><br/>TMG will work fine with both Win 2008 and Win 2008 R2. But some features like support for DA is avilable only in R2.<br/>If you need to use Exch edge , then R2 will need  E14 Exchange edge.
