Is there a possibility to schedule the retrieval of data in quarantine manager?
For our montly reports I have created a SQL query that collects the quarantine data from the SybariEnterpriseManager database. Only problem I have at this moment is that I'm not able to schedule the retrieval of quarantine data from the antigen servers to the FSSMC database. This is a manual job in the console. Maybe I have overlooked something but I can't find this option in FSSMC.
Mayby there is a possibility to script something to schedule the retrieval? Anybody any ideas?

- Hi Robaht,
Sorry to have misunderstood your question. I have double-checked and this information cannot be retrieved automatically or be scheduled unfortunately. You need to click on the Retreive Data button to collect the information each time, on-demand.
Note that the Quarantine is generally used to action Quarantine items, for which you need to access the FSSMC console itself anyhow. If you are currently using the Quarantine for statistical reasons, consider using Incident-based data instead, which is available through the polling mechanism.

- Hello robaht,
The default polling interval for data collection from all of the managed servers is 4 hours:
FSSMC User Guide>Getting Started>Configuring Global Configuration Settings
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb878178.aspx
5. Set the polling interval, in minutes (the default is 240 minutes), for the FSSMC to use when gathering information from the managed servers for reporting purposes in the Polling Interval field. The Poll Now button is used to instantly gather the information when running reports manually.
It sounds like you're using the Poll Now button, but you could reduce the Polling Interval to keep FSSMC data more up to date, if you prefer.

- Hi Andy,
Thank you for your reply but I was talking about the quarantine data retrieval (Job Management -> Quarantine Manager) http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb878196.aspx . This data is not automatically retrieved by configuring the polling interval. - Hi Robaht,
