Printer and drivers uninstalled and re-installed in attempt to solve problem.  Dell laptop control panel indicates printer recognized, set as default printer and ready to use.   Print command will not start printer.   The following error message is repeatedly received during troubleshooting:

"Faulting application name: spoolsv.exe, version: 6.1.7600.16385, time stamp: 0x4a5bced7 Faulting module name: unknown, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x00000000 Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x00000000 Faulting process id: 0xee8 Faulting application start time: 0x01ca540e690beb0a Faulting application path: C:\Windows\System32\spoolsv.exe Faulting module path: unknown Report Id: ac694011-c001-11de-899e-0050b6426147"

Problem may be with spooler.   What can be done about that?

Wow - that's some horrible customer service.  A customer is having problems, tries to get an answer from MS and is just ignored with a comment to open a thread about a framework?

Your customers have no idea what MOF is or why their computer doesn't work - they just want help.  Do a little leg work, forward their question to the right forum and link them to it, do something. A lost or angered customer is poison to a business - it's your job as representative of MS to do everything you can to help this person out.  It's an opportunity to make a lasting impression.  Do you think Google or Apple would have handled this situation like you did?

No Zack, this not a wrong approach, beacuse this forum don't talk about Windows. Microsoft have many, many, many apps and solutions, centralize topics help and answers is impossible. The forum topics is to be used on right way, and for best answer here I suggest to use other forum, a Windows forum in example.

    Thank you for understand,
