    The only issue which i can think of is never ending loop that can get created in case the recipeint has also created a auto reply from his system.

    This can create a loop , can impact the server performance and in case there are a lot of emails going out side with AUTO REPLY as email subject or attachment. You might get black listed as a spammer.

    Hi

    I am creating rule in outlook and this rule atomaticaly sync with owa. Only config changes in server Allow Auto reply.
    I read in one blog if i allowed auto reply then my mailserver may expose some loops on internet. Please advice

    Yes Mahesh. Thats exactly i was trying to explain. Also when you ccreate the rule, basically its a server side rule. So whether it OWA or Outlook, its going to be same.

    One loop hole is that it  can be used to craft an E-mail bomb. I'm not going to detail how it's done but it can be done where you bombard and quickly fill up somebody's mailbox with useless, repetitive messages using the auto-responder feature.
