Live Meeting 2007 user get blank screen when connected
User can successfully join live meeting 2007 and see the list of participants but cannot view the presentation. (PC running XP SP3). User gets blank screen. Other users in the same office have no problem. Popup blocker is Off.
Does anyone know what could cause the problem? Thanks, Lrtb

Regarding your problem, I suggest you contact LiveMeeting Support and submit a ticket. http://support.microsoft.com/gp/livemeeting_oas
You will get response in 24 hours. In your ticket, please include the information below:
l What is the conference center URL the Attendee trying to access?
l What is the Meeting ID the Attendee trying to access?
l What type of content is being shared in the meeting?
l What version number of the console is the Attendee using?
