    Here are my goals..

    1. I want to send out a weekly email which says "Click this link to register for our weekly Livemeeting."
    2. There should be a page which has "Registration for <date, time>. Enter in First, Last, Email, Phone"
    3. Users get a confirmation email
    4. Some users will attend; others will not.
    5. I would like a report of WHO attended and who DID NOT attend.

Is this possible? If so.. how?

    PS: I'm a paying Livemeeting 2007 owner.

    Hi Jeremy,

In LiveMeeting 2007, you can create one time meeting in Event and publish it but recurring meeting is not available in Event. When you use “Event” feature, you can design the registration page for the attendees, users will get a confirmation email, you can design a survey and review the report etc. If you want to make use of the “Event” feature, you need to create multiple same meetings in one event instead of creating one recurring meeting.

You can refer to this document to understand better how to make use of this feature:

    Hope this helps.
