Live Meeting is working well for us so far, but users are extremely frustrated that they have click on "Permissions" to set "invite anyone" manually for each meeting in order to include external users.  The default right now is "invite within network".  Is there any way to change this so that the default choice is "invite anyone"?

    Hi,

Do you use OCS 2007 built in LiveMeeting or Office LiveMeeting Services? If your problem is related to OCS 2007, please post your question in the OCS queue. If you are using Office LiveMeeting Services, please tell us where you click on the “permission”? By default in Office LiveMeeting Services, you can send the invitation to anyone including internal and external users.

Let me know the result, thanks.
