QuestionLive meeting playback recorded file problem

We have recorded a videoconference with live meeting. If I play the meeting locally on my computer by opening file Replaymeeting.htm it works fine. IE asks me if I allow too run some ActiveX, surelly I press yes & everything works fine.

    Problem:
We wanted to upload this meeting on our intranet, soo all the employes will be able to watch it. After we have uploaded it and made the hyperlink to be linked to htm file (replaymeeting.htm), when you click on this link, a new IE window opens but it does not open the recorded video. All what appears is a small window in upper left corner of the screen, with OFFICE LIVE MEETING word at the top of this window and it keeps loading and loading, but nothing happens.

-I have checked that there is no spaces in the hyperlink.
-I dont even understand why this hyperlink opens as a small window, but if I open htm locally it opens in full IE window, with bunch of other stuff (for example, that you can choose if you want to only hear the audio file, or also see the video, etc.).

Does anyone have a clue, how can we fix this problem? I saw a solution to use converter, soo I can convert this hole meeting too one wmv file, but this file is then 5times bigger then the original recorded files.

    Hi Boštjan Cvelbar,

The HFP recording will be received as a single zip file that is comprised of many separate files. For the replay to work properly, it is important to maintain the file structure when the files are extracted from the zip file.

    To use the HFP recording:
    1. The HFP recording will be contained in a single zip file that is named by using the following format: (Month_Day_Time_Event_Title.zip, May_11_15.12_Contoso_Monthly_Meeting.zip)
    2. To extract the files and folders and to ensure that the original file directory structure stays intact, follow these procedures:
    a. Right-click the compressed folder, and then click Extract All.
    b. In the Compressed (zipped) Folders Extraction Wizard, specify where you want to store the extracted files.
    3. The HFP files and structure can be posted on the Web, a SharePoint site, or a server directory to allow distribution of the recording.

    Hope this helps.

    Lu Zou

    Greetings!

When the recorded file has been done, the directory structure was not zipped like You have mentioned it.
When the recording is done I got this kind of directory structure:

FOLDER: nov 06 10.01 [Meet Now  Boštjan Cvelbar]
    Inside this FOLDER:
    FOLDERS: Audio, PUBDATA & files RecordingData.frd, ReplayMeeting.htm

Is it possible if i rename the first folder nov 06 10.01 [Meet Now  Boštjan Cvelbar] to something else, and then i upload this folder on our intranet, because of this renaming folder the thing does not work? If would be very strange, because if I rename this folder and run replaymeeting.htm locally, everything works fine.
