QuestionUsing Cycling Slides for the Introduction of the Presentation

I am a presenter. I attended a helpful live training on Live Meeting. The presenter used an introductory 'cycling deck' powerpoint presentation that was playing as participants joined the meeting. I would like to use some of the slides from that ppt.

    1) Can I use the Microsoft Slides - if I include this notice at the bottom?
    2) How do I create a cycling slides ppt?

    Hi,

For your first question: assuming the document is a public document and is available for download to the end-user on a public site, it is recommended that the end-user review the EULA (End User License Agreement) prior to downloading the document to determine whether you can use the document in your own presentation.

For your second question, it’s not related to Office LiveMeeting Service. Please find the appropriate queue to post it.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you for your response.

    1) I received the ppt  during my online training from Microsoft. The Microsoft Office Live Meeting presenter provided the ppt for participants to download.
Where do I find the EULA?
    2) The presenter for the  Microsoft Office Live Meeting training used a cycling ppt, so I wanted to learn how she did it.

    Thanks,
    Jackie

    Hi Jackie

You can make the powerpoint cycle through automatically by going to the Live Meeting, ensuring your powerpoint is uploaded in to the meeting room and then select the resource and go to the Content Menu and select Content Slideshow.  Note you may need to click on the two little right brackets to be able to see this menu choice.

    Hope this helps
