   At this time, none of the reports available from Live Meeting will provide information on RoundTable device usage during a meeting.  I am not aware of any alternative method to detect this either.

  I haven't heard of a possible solution either to your question on RoundTable Usage. 
  However, I'd love to get your feedback regarding the RoundTable device, and how you and your company are using the device for your company meetings.
  If you can e-mail me at v-jacmas@microsoft.com with your contact info and possibly the conference
  center name "www.livemeeting.com/cc/cc-name" of your site, I can try and pull your meeting history to see if we can put something together.

  I would also be interested in capturing some reporting for RT usage. For now, we plan to track RT usage by tracking it as a resource in Outlook. Anyone who wants to use RT has to book it just like our projectors and meeting rooms.
