Our partner can not add another disk because there is no user interface for that as in XP. How do we add disk by another way.

    JavaMik,

I suspect that your partner did not include the optional component in their initial installation of POSReady for Disk Management.  Please have them go into Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs - Add/Remove Windows Components where they will find an optional component for the Disk Management functionality under Accessories & Utilities / Utilities / Disk Management.  Once this optional component has been added to the runtime they will have the additional functionality required for managing additional disks.
