    Hi,

Is their any trial versions of windows 7? Offered by microsoft?

And, can you use a real purchased key, on the trial to activate it?
    Thanks

Yes, it is possible to get a free trial. It's a free trial of Windows7 Enterprise and it's meant for IT professionals. I believe you have to sign up for membership. But, for the average person, free trials are over. See

A real purchased key will not activate a trial version of Windows 7. In fact, with the exception of some unsupported (by Microsoft) techniques there is no way to get from a trial version of Windows 7 to a regular commercial version. If you're thinking of buying a commercial version, which presumably you would have to do to get a real purchased key, you'd be better off to just skip any trial versions.
