    We have recently had two clients show problems when they access particular sharepoint sites. The Sharepoint component starts up and then immediately closes, causing the page in Internet Explorer to freeze.

    We'd like to do two things:

    1) Determine what's causing the error. (Through logging)

    2) Fix the problem (or at least mitigate it so people can use SharePoint without the component freezing their tab)

    Any ideas? Clients are running 4.6 on Windows 7, fully patched.
