Manage BizTalk RFID by using an account that is not a local administrator RFID

I believe that, there is a hotfix is available to address "manage BizTalk RFID in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 R2 by using an account that is not a local administrator RFID" Details on the same are available from the URL: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/970493
I am looking for the same patch/hotfix for BizTalk RFID Server 2009. Is it already available? Basically, I want to manage BizTalk RFID from remote machine that, does not have administrative rights on deployment machine.

Currently, this hotfix is available only for BizTalk RFID Server 2006 R2.
We will look at the option of making the hotfix available on BizTalk RFID Server 2009 and get back to you.

Is it possible to keep this thread open as un-answered? I completely agree that, Vipul's reply answered my question. However, this functionality is not supported by the hotfix available.
