    Hi Kim,

    If they change their passwords they will get replicated across to Office 365 so there will be no need for them to reset passwords again.

    The only reason they would have been asked to change their passwords is if they haven't been changed since before July 2011.

    Hi Free, thanks for calling this out.  Since BPOS is synchronizing into O365, in terms of users, contacts, groups, domains AND passwords the ONLY time the O365 password will be overwritten by the BPOS password is IF they change their password in BPOS, which will force the password synchronziation task.

    I will update our Transition FAQ on this and make sure others understand this process, great catch, thanks for calling this out!
