wake on LAN -question

We have SCCM 2007 and WON (wake on lan) is enabled
I create advertisement to workstation and but the worksation is not wake
I need your help hot troubles shoot this issues
a. What is port requirement for the network side ( i believed used port "9" )
b. what is the rewuirement from NOC side (do I need to open more port or theirs a special configuration)
c. Is there any special configuration need to do in workstation side in bios (where using dell 790 workstation and hp machine)
d. where can I troubleshoot in logs files in sccme .
e. is there a logs from network side

a and b) List of ConfigMgr. ports - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb632618.aspx
c) WOL must be supported in BIOS

Hi,
Please verify whether the Wake on lan settings is enabled in Network adapter properties in Device manager window.
