I'm trying to install the Exchange Server 2007 Exchange Management Tools on Windows 7 Ultimate (both 32 bit), but the Readiness Checks have decided that Exchange 2007 is not supported on this operating system.
"Error:
This computer is running Windows 7 Ultimate. Exchange Server 2007 is bit supported on this operating system."
The page where I downloaded the tool from does not agree.

"Supported Operating Systems: Windows 7; Windows Server 2003 R2 (32-Bit x86); Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2; Windows Server 2008; Windows Vista; Windows XP Service Pack 3"
I tried installing as a local admin, and as an exchange admin with the same results.

The title of your post says SP2. Only SP3 is supported on a Windows 7 machine. See the following link/matrix, click the Supported Operating System Platforms section:
