Hi,
How can I limit users to not invite other users to live meeting or add users?

There are two places that these policies are configured.
First off, in the OCS Admin Tools, meeting policies are configured under the Forest Properties.
Right click on the forest, choose Properties->Global Properties
Under the meetings tab you will configure meeting policies.
These policies apply to people who can create meetings, whether its an adhoc meeting, or a scheduled livemeeting.
You must specify the policy settings here, and then assign them to users.
You can either choose to set a default policy for all users, or enable the per user policy basis. If you do per user policy, you must set the meeting policy under the Communications tab in the Active Directory user properties.
Once these meeting policies are configured, the other setting relates to your outlook addin.
When configuring a livemeeting usign the outlook addin there is an options section, here users can specify the admission type to the meeting.Anonymous allows for non domain users to join, and then you can narrow that down to allow only users you invited, or users that are inside your organization.
So to summarize, first configure everything on the server side with the global meeting policies, and then you will need to have users trained on setting meeting types.
This answer your question? let me know if you need more guidance.
