miércoles, 22 de febrero de 2012 16:19Are the Group Chat services starting and do they remain running when you attempt to acces Group Chat Server? Generally Group Chat fails due to certificates. Previous experience tells me that unless you use a new web template with the private key exportable to install Group Chat, then you'll have an issue.

I think your problem is the accounts you're using for the services. Follow this guide: http://www.gelijsteen.com/groupchat/installation-lync-2010-group-chat-server/
In particular use the Accounts specified "OCSChat and OCSChannel", When I've had failures in the past these accounts have been to blame as they have to be specific.

Unsupport database collation
from...

I change collection to CP1_CI_AS, it's work
and some step
Fill communication Server the hostname of the Lync Server.
hostname of Lync Server is not work
I change hostname to Enterprise Edition Front End Pools name, it's work
I follow step from your link
http://www.gelijsteen.com/groupchat/installation-lync-2010-group-chat-server/
Logon with Group Chat Admin Tool
SA_GCadmin and Administrator (local admin)
I still recieve same error message.
