Is there a quick way in PowerPoint 2010 to automatically arrange a random group of objects within a slide? I want the objects to be equidistant from one another and positioned uniformly within the slide. The only way I've been able to accomplish this so
far is to select small clusters, one at a time. I top-align them, then move them to the left. I deselect the group, then select the right-most object in the cluster and place it at the far right. Then I select all objects in that cluster again and distribute
horizontally. I repeat this with other clusters (same number of objects in each cluster) until I have several rows. Then I have to left-align the left-most column. Then I right-align the right most column. Then I select each column and distribute vertically
until I have a "grid" of objects. I sometimes have to work with dozens of objects and it is time-consuming. Please tell me there's a magic button that does this in far fewer steps????
