Too many clicks to open Live Meeting

Issue/Question 1:
Is there a way to 'set' something in an INI file that would launch Live Meeting with fewer steps?
When I launch the Start Live Meeting a web-page displays.
I click on the Meet Now link and it asks:
Do you want to open or save Launch.rtc, etc. and I click Open
The next screen is a Notice Screen where I have to click Continue
THEN I am in Live Meeting
Is there a way to make this simpler? I use Live Meeting all day and it's annoying to have this many steps involved.Issue/Question 2:
When I click the Meeting > Invite > By Email link an email message opens but I have to click down on my Outlook icon and specifically open the email message and then select the recipients. Why doesn't the invitation-message open full screen w/o my having to open it manually via the icon?
