Hi,
I'm having an issue with status/presence in communicator not updating based on meeting/appointments listed in my outlook calendar. let me give you an example:
I have two user, UserA & UserB.
UserA who is using a computer with Window XP/Outlook 2007 and Communicator 2007
UserB who is using a computer with Window 7/Outlook 2010 and Communicator 2007
Now Both of them have a meeting scheduled in their Outlook calendars. Prior to this meeting both of their status/presence in communicator is listed as "Available". When it is time for the meeting, UserA's status/presence in communicator has change to "in a meeting". UserB's status/presence in communicator is still listed as "Available". UserA is also able to schedule a meeting from communicator, while UserB is not able to.
Some additional information: if the status/presence is manually changed in communicator, the change is reflected in Outlook for both users.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how to resolve this issue?
Thanks in advance.

Have you installed the Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 Add-in?
Hope this helps!
Also, dont forget this KB2291453 download and install from Microsoft . :)- Editado GrannyBWilley miércoles, 18 de abril de 2012 19:54
