Document Libraries tree view in sharepoint 2010

Hi All,
How to create Document libraries (like tree view) intenedt in sharepoint 2010.
Users can Downlaod (America.doc) and after some updates,
users want to upload same document to particular tree view group.or once document upload will complete, It will goes to another list, Once site owner will approve.
Document will goes to Tree view modeplease check below.. I need like that
+ America. doc
+ India.doc+ China.doc
+Add a document

There are two ways -
First option
1. You can create a category column with the top level information like America, India and China.
2. Each document is assigned to a certain category.
3. Create a view that groups the document library based on the category column. By default keep it collapsed.
4. This will give you the same tree view look and feel
