How can I change the default site setting for some SharePoint users so that they don't go to MySite ?
- How i can change the default site setting of sharepoint user.
Automatically all users pciking up my site as default.

I suspect that you use the default “http://servername:80” as your personal site provider when configure MySite settings for the first time. However you can create a new site collection using My Site Host template and go to SSP à”My Site Settings” then change the personal site provider under “personal site services”.

Then you can set the new mysite in Office to synchronize the document between SharePoint and Office.

- This seems to be a MySite question, so moving to Social ComputingI'll make an attempt to re-phrase the Title too to what I think you want to achieve. Change it back with Edit if I have misunderstood what you want.
