Blue Screen 3 times today please help

sábado, 18 de febrero de 2012 1:46I've been getting the blue screen quite often lately. Please, sombody help me fix this. I would post the minidump file, but for some reason, when I try to open it, it responds with "acess is denied". I'm on the admin account so I don't understand this. Please help

Hi,
Please run "sfc /scannow"(without quotes) command first, then perform a clean boot and check it again.
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

Note: Clean Boot is a step of troubleshooting, we can go back to normal by running MSCONIFG.

If the issue persists, please try to run your OS with one RAM.

To upload the minidump file, first copy it to your Desktop and upload it from there.
