Win 7 randomly the desktop freezes

I have to reboot to get things back to order for a while. I nthink it is due to using a win 7 upgrade.
My problem still remains.

try runnning sfc /scannow from cmd prompt.
also run chkdsk

Hi,
To uninstall the update patch you doubt. (Control panel->Programs and Features->View Installed Updates->”right click” and “uninstall” the patch)
Another way is to perform system restore to repair system.(Control panel->Backup and Restore)
