an error has occurred

service worked fine yesterday and managed to download client software to two clients. This morning whilst trying to log on i get the really helpful message of "an error has occurred". This is followed by "an error has occurred whilst processing your request" and a link to look at the service status (which all appears to be fabulously online). All i'm trying to do is sign in.
Non descript error messages or ones without some form of link to help are worse than useless.
How do i start to diagnose whether the problem is my pc, my browser, my link, the service, sr something else??

Hello,
Try hitting "F5" to refresh the page or open the admin console in another tab. That should let you continue on to the Admin Console.
Thanks,

Actually - it was a bad Favorites link that caused it for me - lets you login, but then produces error. Using this shortcut works: Windows Intune Administrator Console- Propuesto como respuesta MikeGord lunes, 28 de marzo de 2011 15:14
