    Hi,

    I am trying to setup HRA and NPS on a longhorn build 5600 box. Is there any way to configure the HRA so that it validates the client's health with a remote NPS server and not the one running on the local box ?

    Yes there is.  In fact, this is the recommended configuration.  HRA should be on your boundary network running NPS as a proxy.  The main NPS server with your SHVs should be on your IPsec-secured network.  Add the HRA box to the list of RADIUS clients on your main NPS server.
