Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Wireless Keyboard and Mouse - connectivity problems
- Hi,
I have bought the Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Wireless Keyboard and Mouse set. I have installed the latest software/drivers (latest as of the today) for both products. I'm running windows xp with sp3.
I am very disappointed in these products, especially considering the price I paid. At LEAST 2 to 3 times per minute the keyboard and mouse will lose connectivity for about 10 seconds. I have disconnected my wireless LAN card to reduce interference, I have no other wireless products in close proximity. - You are in the wrong forum mate.
But I think I still can help you. If that is a bluetooth device you should replace the Bluetooth stack on your OS with the manufacturers device drivers
and it should work as expected.
Citrix Technology Professional, PubForum.net Founder , Love Microsoft &its people to bits! - I don't think it uses bluetooth technology. I have installed the latest drivers for the products as stated above.
