Remote Desktop Printer Redirection driver failes and printers are dropped.

2008R2 Datacenter server in Remote Desktop Services mode.
The errors start with the UmRDPservice service and progress through Uxsms and netman before starting again with the UmRDPservice.
All are error 7011s
A timeout (60000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the UmRdpService service.
A timeout (60000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the UxSms service.
A timeout (60000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the Netman service.
I have already increased the timeout from 30s to 60s but it still happens every 3 days or so.

Hi,
Please following the below steps to troubleshoot this issue:
1. Install the print related hotfixes:
List of print related hotfixes post Service Pack 1 for Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1
2. Erase the Print Monitors
3. Set the Print Processors to WinPrint
4. Remove any unused print drivers
5. Net stop spooler
Net start spooler
In addition, this issue can also cause by 3<sup>rd</sup> party services or application blocked the related services. You may also perform a clean boot on the server and test if the issue still persists.
