Unable to connect to the Remote app at first time.
- I cann't able to establish a connection to Remote App at first time, Gateway server and session broker all are on same server, When I open the Details it is openingn the application and immediately logging off the session. I don't understand why.
and I was able to connect and open the remote app through RDWeb Access after couple of tries , but it is not opening up the application at the first try, I was trying to fix this problem from last two days , please suggest me what am I doing wrong here?

- Hi,
what version of Windows Server are you using and what Services Pack?
Have you activated your license server if you are accessing it in application mode?
What kind of a user account you are using to access the RemoteApp? Is it the Admin account?
If you open Event Viewer - what does it tell you in System Log?

Alex is right. We cannot solidly clarify what caused the immediate logoff after the first remote logon to RemoteApp program, unless some more details are provided.
As the most important part, I recommend you to check the Event Viewer on the server side, after the issue occurs. The System and Application categories under the Windows Logs could tell the underlying reason or clues generally.
Please also test if the issue occurs on all RemoteApp programs or only specific one. If it is only one application’s problem, the issue may be not installed correctly for remote sessions. You can consider to logon to the remote desktop directly and run the application, in order to ensure if the program is Terminal Services / Remote Desktop Services compatible. Reinstall the program if necessary.

- sorry for the late response , I was using the Windows2008R2 server, I am not able to see anything in the event log. its not giving any error in the system log, Yes, I did activated the License Server, can you please let me know what is meant by accessing in application mode? I am using the Admin account. but our application is trying to access the RAC database, does it causing this issue?
