    Hi all,

    we just deployed the communicator server R2 with one core and one Egde server. Everything works fine but sometimes when you are chatting with someone you receive this error:

    "This  Message was not delivered to XXXXX because the service is not avaliable"

    you can, for example, lost 2 messages and the conversation continues. It happens in connections from the edge or the core server, we test the lan connections but it seems to work fine:

    "Packets: Sent = 66549, Received = 66549, Lost = 0 (0% loss)"

    Any ideas? thanks for your help :)
