I have just written policy and procedures for handling account terminations within ADS, Exchange and, other applications and services which, utilize or reference user profile(s). After disabling the account in AD I suggested changing the password to an administrative password. I am looking for pros and cons to this action. One of my thoughts was that if the account get enabled in the next 90 days it would still be inaccessible. In addition, I believe there can never be too much security. Does anyone have any input on this? Thanks in advance
