Web Applications Slow First Time

Our Web Applications are slow to load each time for each individual user. I tried running the SPWakeUp script but it seems to be on the user side. Once if loads one, it's fine after that. Searching first time is slow, accessing mysite first time is slow and other web applications. But once they have accessed it once, it runs fine.
Any ideas onwhat I can do? It's hindering our rollout. Thanks

Try setting up the blobcache, page-output cache and object-cache.
