Ghost emails

    Exchange Server 2003

    Outlook 2003 on client under Windows XP

    (Users holding email for years)

    The company president just got an email from a project manager, dated 7/2/07, tha he says he never sent.

    The President is concerned that here are other "phantom emails" out there.

    Anyone ever hear of this before?

  • Yes, please use the “Message Tracking Center”, which can tell the deliver path of that ghost message

    And also, please use the steps from Mike Shen in this thread, who has said the most possible cause of this kind of issue and the troubleshooting method
