Disabled TCP chimney on the Operating System by running netsh int tcp set global chimney=disabled

ran netsh int tcp set global rss=disabled on both members.

disabled NetDMA by following steps on http://support.microsoft.com/kb/951037

disabled ipv6 on both the DAG members.

Disabled Checksum Offload on all the Windows Server 2008 machines by going to properties of the LAN card.

  • Have you seen these articles:

       Event ID 1177

    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd353872(WS.10).aspx
       Event ID 1135

    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd353973(WS.10).aspx

Also, make sure that there are no network issues that might affect the Exchange servers. I have also seen a post on this before and accoding to some users disabling the IP Helper service seems to resolve the problem.
