Phones that can sync with two Exchange calendars?

    Question

  • Are there any phones that can sync with two different Exchange calendars? I am looking for a way to have our CEO's assistant be able to view both her calendar and the CEO's calendar on her phone.

I see that Sprint advertises several phones that have a feature called "Linked Contacts and Layered Calendar." In chatting with a Spring CSR, I was told that the following phones would support syncing with multiple Exchange calendars: Samsung Epic 4G, Palm Pixi, Palm Pre, HTC EVO, Samsung Intercept, HTC Hero, and HTC Touch Pro 2.

Can anyone confirm that these phones will, in fact, allow me to view two different Exchange calendars? Any of these options that work better than the others?

    Thanks.

  • You can only synchronize your default calendar folder, contact folder, and tasks folder

---------Refer to <Exchange ActiveSync: Frequently Asked Questions>

Per my knowledge, there’s no feature that can open shared calendar on the mobile device in the exchange server natively

The workaround, is to access the shared calendar via OWA by Internet Explorer on the device

  • I dont think its a phone limitation as much as an activesync limitation.

There are 3rd party products out there however like Pocket Mirror:

  • Thanks AndyD. I was looking more for something that could happen via the wireless phone network, rather than via wifi.

Anyone aware of some type of wireless solution out there that would enable an assistant to sync/view/edit her boss' calendar?
