    Question

  • Is it possible to have multiple Managed Content Settings rules on one Managed Default Folder?

    Thanks in advance!

  • It is only possible to add one  Managed Content Setting per message class. If you add a Managed Content Setting that affects E-mail you can not add another  Managed Content Settings that also affect E-Mail. Default when creating a new  Managed Content Setting is All Mailbox Content and this will prevent you from adding new Managed Content Settings for that folder since All Mailbox Content includes all messages classes.
