In our team (8 Clients) we use Outlook and Outlook Contacts (some thousands) as CRM. In the Contact Field Notes we type our contact history and we attach related Outlook items (Emails) and office Files (doc, pdf).It worked very well with Outlook 2003 and Windows XP. Since we use Outlook 2010 professional and Windows 7 prof. we have a problem. The attached items and files often disappear. If we have several attachments, just one of them disappears. It’s
an amount of 5 to 10 attachments in several contacts that disappear in average per day. We changed our Outlook Groupware serveral times to avoid this Problem. Now we are using SBS 2011 and Exchange 2010. The Clients are using Windows 7 and Outlook 2010 professional.
But the problem still remains.
