  • Could not find any available Global Catalog in forest AFR.local.

It cant find a GC. You'll need to troubleshoot from that angle. I suspect there are errors in the app log on the OWA server as well.

  • Check info:

    1.      Can you provide a little more details on what you were doing when you got this? Where you copied the error from? What machine you were trying to access it from?

    2.      Is it a pure exchange 2007 environment? Please describe the exchange topology

    3.      Is there any error event in the application log on the exchange servers?

    4.      Please run ExBPA against the exchange servers for health check

  • If you have a first time this error, restart Microsft Exchange Active Directory Topology Service in Services.msc on your Exchange server

    That should work

  • I have same errors with OWA. It affects every new mailbox in our organization.

    Only solution I could find:

New users can access OWA only after granding them Domain Admin permissions and replicate AD. After first successful logon to OWA, admin permission can be removed.

Besides there are warnings (ID 9554) in exchange appication log: Unable to update Mailbox SD in the DS. Mailbox Guid: bfde47cd-f7c3-4ec0-992c-0701669a4d86. Error Code 0x80070005.

ExBPA shows that everything is OK (except old network drivers)
