Exchange 2010 - Outlook Web App customization

    Question

  • Hi!

We got a customer who are currently migrating to Exchange Server 2010 w/SP1.

The pilot users have complained on a couple of things in the new Outlook Web App:

    1) In OWA 2003, the user could choose between "One-line view" and "Two-line view". In "One-line view" both sender and subject are viewed on one line. In "Two-line view" the Sender are viewed on the first line, and the subject on the second line. Outlook Web App 2010 seems to support only "Two-line view". Are this a design change, or is it just us that haven`t found the right option to customize?

    2) In Outlook Web App 2010, messages are grouped in different groups such as "Today", "Last Week" and "Two Weeks Ago". Some users doesn`t want to use this grouping functionality, while still sorting the messages by date. Is this possible?
